Description

With a monolingual survey: unable to save "Field caption" in attribute management screen

Steps To Reproduce

Create a survey, add a token table
Go to attribute management, add 1 (or 2?) attribute

Enter someting in "Field caption", click save and click to "return to attribute management" : Field caption is empty

Additional Information

DB seems to don't have information for Fiel caption.

Can't activate again this survey (see 08695).

I have surveyls_attributecaptions column in survey_language setting, but not shown in atribute editor (mono lingual / fr).

Seems to be empty actually : a:2:{s:11:"attribute_1";s:0:"";s:11:"attribute_2";s:0:"";} (but 08695).

And confirm have an array for language settings in survey
