Description

Similar to bug reports 08648 and 08694.

Since using Comfort Update to 140204, thre are complications with "additional" attribute fields.

Existent surveys lost all information in the "Field description" but maintained information in "Field Caption". Status on all additional attribute fields was changed, unchecking the "mandatory' and "show at registration" options. I am unable to change them back to their original status.

New surveys created since the update are able to create additional attribute fields but the Field Caption does not store information and thus the fields appear blank at registration.

Additional attribute fields have been central to my data collection and so this is an important bug for me.

Steps To Reproduce

In new survey:

1 - create token table
2 - add additional attribute fields
3 - fill out field description and field caption
4 - save changes
5 - return to 'manage additional attributes'

In surveys created in older versions:
1 - go to token manager
2 - open additional attribute fields manager

It's a duplicate of 08694

except for:
<q>unchecking the "mandatory' and "show at registration" options. I am unable to change them back to their original status.</q> I can't reproduce this part (I'm able to uncheck with an inactive survey)
