Summary19575: Optional new name and description for imported group are not set
Description

Calling the RPC method import_group("session_key", 1234, <data>, "lsg", "New group name", "New group description") results in the name and description not being set in the new group.

The fix seems to be to patch the function to set those attributes on the corresponding QuestionGroupL10n object instead of QuestionGroup.
