Summary03860: Additional Navigation Buttons on Welcome Page
Description

I would like to provide additional navigation buttons near the top of my welcome page. The text which I must provide to subjects before they complete the survey is quite long, pushing the navigation buttons off the bottom of the screen. For usability reasons, I would like to provide an additional set of buttons which are visible when the welcome page loads.

I have tried to accomplish this by editing the welcome.pstpl file in a few different ways.

  1. I tried to a {NAVIGATION} to the code—between various tags and alone. None of the attempts worked as I wished. The button for continuing a saved survey was displayed, but the Next>> button for proceeding to the survey was not displayed.

  2. I also loaded the welcome page in my browser and viewed the source code. I copied the HTML code referring to the Next>> button and pasted it into the welcome.pstpl file. This did not work either: nothing was displayed.

If anyone could instruct me on how to accomplish adding additional navigation buttons to the welcome page, I would be most appreciative.

Thank you.

@ thickma: I'll have to close that ticket, because it's no bug ==> If you still want to get navigation buttons to work at a different place and don't enough coding knowledge I suggest to ask for paid support in the forum!
