Summary19489: Missing styling for survey permissions after adding usergroup
Description

The styling for selecting the survey permissions after adding a usergroup to a survey is completely missing. Selecting the first checkbox also has no effect on the other checkboxes, like it does when editing an existing user.

Steps To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce

  • Create a usergroup and add 2 users to it (not sure if the number of users matters, but that's my case)
  • Create any survey
  • Open the survey permissions page
  • Select the usergroup and click the 'Add usergroup' button

Expected result

The users are added and the page with survey permissions opens with the regular styling and functionality

Actual result

The users are added and the page with survey permissions opens with plain HTML without any styling or additional functionality: selecting the first checkbox does not select the other checkboxes in the row

Note that after adding the users, editing an individual user's permissions does work as expected.

This one can be closed. It's the same as https://bugs.limesurvey.org/view.php?id=20087, which was fixed in 6.14.0
