Summary16307: Multi Numeric Slider with Zero (0) value returning value as "NaN" and crashing survey
Description

This appears that it is similar to an issue in previous builds and was corrected, but has returned in 4.x

When running the survey I get an error message of " This question only accept 30 digits including 10 decimals." when leaving a value of 0 on a slider

Steps To Reproduce

Any theme.
Question type:Multinumeric input type K
Slider: Yes
Slider Min: 0
Slider Initial: 0
Slider max: 10 (any)
Start slider at initial: Yes

Then take the survey
