Summary14605: Adding an option or a css file on an existing template didn't update survey
Description

When adding an options in config + twig view, without resetting : nothing is send to aSurveyInfo

Steps To Reproduce

Create a template, install
Add a new option in config.xml
Add the twig part
Update this option in twig part : the updated value are not sent to aSurveyInfo.options

Additional Information

I think it can be
aSurveyInfo.options.newvalue : null if inherit or not set in survey theme option
But
aSurveyInfo.options.newvalue : valueset if is set in survey theme option

I try to send you 2 template (no wayt to update without FTP).

This is not a bug. Config.xml is only read at installation

Feature request : allow update without need to reset whole ?

I mean : for example

  1. Set logo to logo.png
  2. reset : logo.png is lost

With update

  1. set logo option to logo.png
  2. Update theme : add maxwidth to 100%
  3. Click on update :
    3.1. logo stay logo.png,
    3.2. maxwidth is set to 100% in Template without group and survey
    3.3 maxwidth is set to inherit

I understand the «Config.xml is only read at installation » but tyhe current reset way is really awfull …
