Summary13734: image upload is not possible - You don't have permissions to browse server.
Description

When i try to upload an image with CKEditor it is not possible. I am getting this error message:

"You don't have permissions to browse server."

The permissions for my upload-directory are right.

I have found a Workaround for my Problem. In one of my survey i go to the Optione "Ressourcen". There I can upload an image.
From this moment, i can upload images from every CKEditor in my survey.

Steps To Reproduce

You Can see this error in your demo version too.

You mean :

  • It work in Ressource tab of survey settings
  • It don't work onCKeditor (except after gone to Ressource tab )

Denis,
That is correct, upload a file in the resources tab and then when you go to Text elements you are now able to upload a image. Not sure what the correct behaviour is here but the image is now available on all surveys.

Also forgot to mention I am getting the issue in 3.12.1 (currently testing for release) and 3.7.3 (current productive environment)

Can confirm issue but only in this way : (with inline HTML editor)

  1. Create your survey
  2. Save
  3. Edit survey text : broken

2 workarounds

  • Use Ressource tab
  • Create a group, edit/image and browse server
