|Summary||13340: Pressing Enter key clears form|
In surveys that have a short or long free text field, pressing Enter in these fields clears all the fields in the current question group. This prevents the user from entering multi-line information such as addresses.
This problem seems specific to the Vanilla and Bootswatch themes.

Sorry, still cannot reproduce. Tested with Firefox and Chromium on my machine.
Can you enable debug = 2 in config.php, please? Also, click F12 to check for errors in the browser control.
Debug is set to 2. On pageload, I get this message in the console: "JQMIGRATE: Migrate is installed, version 3.0.0" Reproducing the bug does not produce a message in the console.

This is very strange - you're saying that when you visit http://uksurveys.hkipop.com/index.php/397881?newtest=Y&lang=en and type some text and press Enter, the page functions as intended? You may need to wait a couple seconds to see the form reset, as shown in the video. We've tried this on a few computers here, in Chrome and Firefox, and the bug always reproduces.
I've also just noticed that if I press Enter twice, I get this message in a modal dialog: "Please use the survey navigation buttons or index. It appears you attempted to use the browser back button to re-submit a page."
Do you have Ajax mode enabled? Go to theme options and check (don't inherit options).
I can reproduce on your survey, but not on my machine.
I have the same problem in my survey.
Ah! The "vanilla" theme has Ajax mode enabled, and my survey was set to inherit that. Disabling Ajax mode makes the problem go away.
Markus fixed this for duplicate issue 13234.
