Summary09666: Data entry screen with token problem
Description

After submit in data entry screen, the response is correctly saved but the id shown and urls are wrong:
The entry was assigned the following record id: 0
<input type="submit" value="View this record" onclick="window.open('/limesurvey/index.php/admin/responses/sa/view/surveyid/536462/id/0', '_top')" class="ui-button ui-widget ui-state-default ui-corner-all limebutton" role="button" aria-disabled="false">

Steps To Reproduce

1.- Import attached survey
2.- Initialise tokens for this survey.
3.- Create one token
4.- Activate this survey
5.- Go to 'Data entry screen'
6.- Fill fields and submit
7.- Message 'The entry was assigned the following record id: 0' and button "View this record" fails
