Summary09173: CPDb/Panel will only allow one record of same name/email through "Add participants to a survey" to a token table
Description

The CPDb/Panel allows multiple records of the same name and email address.
And Token tables allow multiple records of the same name and email address.
However, CPDb/Panel's "Add participants to a survey" will only allow one record of same name/email through to a token table.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Create multiple CPDb/Panel entries containing the same name and email address.
  2. Select two or more such entries.
  3. Add participants to a survey
  4. Select survey
  5. Same result with "Overwrite existing token attribute values if a participant already exists?" and "Overwrite existing standard field values if a participant already exists?" both checked or both unchecked.
  6. Only one of the CPDb/Panel entries will be copied to the token table and related to it.
Additional Information

(When attributes are utilized to alter the scenario that unfolds in a survey, it can become relevant to be able to send the same recipient two different token invitations to the same survey, but with different attributes specified.)
