Description

After installing 2.05+ an error is reported:
Internal Server Error
Could not add optional settings: exception 'CDbException' with message 'CDbCommand failed to execute the SQL statement: SQLSTATE[HY000]: General error: 515 General SQL Server error: Check messages from the SQL Server [515] (severity 16) [(null)]' in /var/www/html/newest/framework/db/CDbCommand.php:358

Install 2.05+ (new installation)

Additional Information

Login screen is displayed when url is entered. Default admin password not accepted however.

I don't think this error is a duplicate from issue # 08627 - settings_global table is created and populated, and login page is shown.
