Summary08458: Csv format does not selects all columns to export
Description

All columns are not selected when selecting the csv export

Steps To Reproduce

A questionnaire with questions such table with 5 columns and 10 rows of answers.
Copy this question at least 30 times to exceed the number of columns 255 answers. (use the survey)

Enable this questionnaire.
Send answer the questionnaire (non-compulsory questions)
To immediately export a CSV choosing responses

Opening with csv format by default LimeSurvey V2 offers export with:

  • The selection of the first 255 columns (must use the elevator to see the following columns are not selected).
  • XLS CSV must be changed.

When CSV selection would require that all columns are selected

Think we must set CSV by default and select whole column by default.

Set to 255 only when XLS is selected.
