Summary | 08289: Make possible to edit default email templates.
Description | As I can see the default email templates are hardcoded in templateDefaultTexts function. It could be very useful to make possible to edit default templates as well.
Additional Information | Though, it is possible to edit email template on per-survey basis, it is not convenient. Some organisations might prefer to have own default template design, which can be then modified by experimenter only if necessary.

Hi, I also wanted the possibility of editing the default email templates, so I found a work around. I followed the instructions for translating LimeSurvey: and made a copy of the English translation and customised it to how my company would want the emails to look. Once I'd added the new language to the surveytranslator_helper.php file, I was able to set the default langange in the global settings to my new language. Now, any new surveys have the new default email templates. HTH, |

Yes, have a way to update some all 'default' string by mlanguage : in plugin or in core . |
