Summary05578: $sitename not loaded
Description

In the registration mail for a new user, generated in admin/usercontrol.php
the global $sitename is not loaded.
So the welcome string (id "this is an automated email to notify that a user has been created for you on the site '%s'.") remain empty for the site name parameter.
