Summary05536: Error when cliking "resume later" using mssqlnative driver
Description

Clicking on the "resume later" button gives the following error:

SQLState: 42S02 Error Code: 208 Message: [Microsoft][SQL Server Native Client 10.0][SQL Server]Invalid object name 'lime_tokens_93258'. :SELECT * from lime_tokens_93258 WHERE token='';

The survey has indeed no token - are tokens mandatory for "resuming later"?
If yes, the button should perhaps be hidden if no token table is found.

Steps To Reproduce

Create a script without tokens, allow for resuming later in its settings.
using mssqlnative driver gives a similar error message like above.
