Summary04167: Cannot "Test Survey" and session reset from time to time
Description

Hello,

1)
I created a survey and try to preview it. I received:

ERROR
We are sorry but you don't have permissions to do this.
Please contact Your Name ( your@email.org ) for further assistance.

And my session was reset (need to relogin).

2)
I also got random session reset while working on the survey.

3)
Once, I tried to edit survey information and click save on page one. It didn't bring me to page 2 (i.e. edit welcome message, etc). I received index error on database.php (if I remembered correctly, I cannot reproduce this problem). Title, Welcome Message, Description and End Message became blank. I cannot edit the survey information after that since there is no Title. -- My session was reset when I got the error.

Steps To Reproduce

1) Create a survey - Group - Question
2) Try to click at "Test Survey"

I still get the same error message after followed the instruction. I got error every time trying to Test Survey. I will try to debug the code to see if I can give more info.

if this would be a code problem hundreds of users would have complained about it. From what I can tell this is mostly a server config problem.

You can try to import your survey at http://demo.limesurvey.org to see if you can reproduce the problem there.
