Summary03987: Usability Improvements for Installation and Upgrade for Support
Description

1) I had a problem at a database upgrade ==> see screenshot: Upgrade_185_187.png
For support reason I suggest to disply at the beginning before upgrade and at the end the server date and time ==> Upgrade start date+time and Upgrade end date+time

2) I wanted to connect to my LimeSurvey installation, but had configured config.php so far ==> I got the following notice:
Can't connect to LimeSurvey database. Reason: Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock' (2)

I suggest to add the database name to this notice like:
Can't connect to LimeSurvey database: <Name of database> with the user <name of dbuser> - Reason: Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock' (2)

I won't change the DB notice since I don't want to disclose such information to normal users in case teh DB fails.
