Summary20762: Survey response exports (CSV and PDF) ignore the timezone configured in General Settings
Description
  • Configured Timezone: Europe/Paris
  • Interface Display (Submit Date): 11.09.2026 15:32:45
  • Exported Output (CSV/PDF): 2026-09-11 13:32:45 (showing a 2-hour offset discrepancy).

It appears that exported dates default to UTC or server time instead of respecting the survey's general timezone settings.

Steps To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce

  1. Configure Timezone: Set the general survey timezone to Europe/Paris in the settings.
  2. Create & Submit: Create a new survey, submit a response, and check the submission time in the responses of survey.
  3. Export Results: Export the responses to CSV or PDF.

Expected result

The submitdate in the exported CSV or PDF file should match the time displayed in the web interface:

Exported File: 2026-09-11 15:32:45

Yes, that is the intended behaviour. Exports/imports are always in UTC.
