PHP Warning by using feature "scan files" in plugin manager page

Steps to reproduce

  1. install LS 7.5.1
  2. enable debug mode = 1
  3. open plugins page
  4. click button : scan files

Expected result

scanned files list

Actual result

PHP Warning error with stack trace.

Please always code with debug mode enabled = 1
