Summary20221: Export statistics to PDF freezes
Description

When attempting to export survey statistics (with graphics enabled) in HTML mode and selecting “Export this question as a PDF”, the export process freezes. The screen shows “Please wait while the data loads” indefinitely. No PDF download starts.

Steps to reproduce

Open survey results.

Go to Statistics → enable Show Graphs.

View a question in HTML statistics mode.

Click Export this question as a PDF.

Screen freezes with the message “Please wait while the data loads”.

Expected result

A PDF download containing the question statistics and chart should start.

Actual result

“Please wait while the data loads” with no download. The issue persists across browsers, devices, and networks. Waiting does not resolve it.

@Freda,
a) Can you attach your survey as LSA file for further testing?
b) Which exact version of Limesurvey are you using? This should be listed bottom right at the admin interface.
c) Does that also happen with smaller surveys with very few answers?
