Copy and Import tabs are not missing. Import, see my previous screenshot, from clicking on purple + icon and then choosing from dropdown.
Copy is here in the list view under actions - see screenshot. This is not a bug, it is by design like that.

The update was done by LimeSurvey team (remove tab) : the fix is adding tab again ?

Else it's still a usability/user experience issue.
