20074: Trying to edit survey settings for default survey group causes 500 error

Summary	20074: Trying to edit survey settings for default survey group causes 500 error
Description	If you go Configuration -> Settings -> Global survey you get this route: admin/globalsettings/sa/surveysettings If you go Surveys -> Survey groups -> default -> Survey settings you get this route: admin/surveysgroups/sa/surveysettings/id/1 and a 500 error. I would imagine these two actions should result in the same thing.
