Input on demand not working.
button disappears.
No new input is added.
If display>>Auto-add new line is activated no button and no new line.

Select question of type Input on demand
Preview question and press button to add line.

Expected result

New line (input should appear)
Button moves below new line

Actual result

No new line appears
button disappears

I also tried the Demo and also the last version 5. Input on Demand does not work.
I have tried chrome and firefox.
