Summary19908: Import participants to survey: Can't import CSV without tokens
Description

When trying to import a CSV of participants to a tokens table, the following error rises.
This happens either if the token field is not included in the CSV or if the field is included but empty.

So, it ends up participants can't be imported without tokens.

Create a survey with tokens.
Import a participant from CSV without including the token field.
