Import https://github.com/LimeSurvey/LimeSurvey/blob/master/docs/demosurveys/ls5_sample_survey_multilingual_fr_de_en_it.lss
Launch preview survey in english
Next at 1st page
Index : multiple choice question

See multiple choice demo page
