Summary	19812: fruity, bootswatch and vanilla truncate question index dropdown text
Description	In fruity, bootswatch and vanilla, the question index dropdown has a fixed position such that Group Names that are not short enough get truncated, such as "My second question gro".
Steps To Reproduce	Steps to reproduce Set a group-by-group survey with long group names to show the question index and to use fruity, bootswatch or vanilla. Expected result The full group name display. Actual result Group names are truncated unless they are short enough to fit.
