Steps to reproduce

1. Create a multilingual survey with e.g. DE and EN langiages.

2. Create a single choice question.

3. Add the following details using the quick-add feature to add answer items for both lanuages:
   1;Ja;Yes
   2;Nein;No

Expected result

Have options sadded to both languages and use answer codes 1/2

Actual result

The DE result looks fine but at the EN view codes are both shown as "3" -> see attached screenshot.
