Summary	19634: The date selection calendar is displayed incorrectly depending on the locale.
Description	There is no issue if the UI language is English, but if it is set to Japanese, for example, the calendar displayed for date selection is distorted.
Steps To Reproduce	Steps to reproduce Here is the translation of the given instructions: Change the UI language to Japanese. Display the calendar in fields such as "Start Date" under the "Publication & access" menu. Expected result Display it as it would appear when the UI is set to English. Actual result Display it to look like the attached image.
