Summary19576: array question: combination of maximum answers setting and soft mandatory not working correctly
Description

for example: question has 5 subquestions, maximum answers is set to 2,
you answer below the max answers, but validation for mandatory hits although question is technically answered fine.

Steps To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce

import attached survey
take survey and

  1. answer below or exactly 2 subquestions
  2. answer more than 2 subquestions
  3. answer all subquestions

    Expected result

    if question is (soft) mandatory it should be ok to answer 2 or less subquestions

Actual result

mandatory check insists on fully answering the question (all 5 subquestions) although you are only allowed up to 2 subquestions

No : mandatory on array are choice on each line.
It's NOT : select one answer.

as min-max settings replace mandatory, options to set mandatory and soft mandatory should be disabled in this case to prevent confusion for the user.
