Summary19524: No translation/localisation for fields involving "Legal Notice"
Description

Limesurvey contains the option to display a legal notice. None of the fields involving legal notice are localised. There is no field for "legal notice" in the translation .po file.

Right now all fields containing the term legal notice are hardcoded it in english.

Steps To Reproduce

Start limesurvey with a non-english localisation.
Go to the data-policy menu
-> The text involving legal notices is not localised.
Activate "Show legal notice in survey".
Start survey/any question
-> The link/button for the popup window for the legal notice on the bottom of the screen says legal notice/isn't localised.
-> The title "Legal Notice" of the popup window is not localised

Expected result

Legal notice should be localised wherever it appears (I.E "Impressum" in German)

Actual result

Legal notice does not get localised and the English term "Legal Notice" appears in places where a localisation would be expected.

This is fixed in source but will take some time until translators did the translation.
