Description

Hello,
After following the manual on manual updating LS CE and browing to my server, i got the following error:
CException
Application runtime path "/opt/bitnami/limesurvey/application/runtime" is not valid. Please make sure it is a directory writable by the Web server process.

I found this on the forums
https://forums.limesurvey.org/forum/installation-a-update-issues/133901-cexception-application-runtime-path but it doesn't provide any solution.

Steps To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce

We use the AWS EC2 AMI: Limesurvey by bitnami.

Using WinSCP and PHPMyAdmin, we downloaded the whole limesurvey-root directory and did a dump of our database.
I downloaded the newest LS version (3.6.3) from https://community.limesurvey.org/downloads/
I copied the following files from download of the previous version (i believe it was 6.1.x) to the unpacked directory of the new version
/application/config/security.php
/application/config/config.php;
/upload directory

After the new LS-directory was setup, I uploaded it to my aws EC2 instance at the same place.

Expected result

LS working with version 6.3.6

Actual result

an error page :
CException
Application runtime path "/opt/bitnami/limesurvey/application/runtime" is not valid. Please make sure it is a directory writable by the Web server process.

This doesn't seem to be a bug on LS but a situation for "AWS EC2 AMI: Limesurvey by bitnami", right?

I didn't really know for certain. Also when using comfortupdate. I get the same error.

If it's not a LS-bug it can be removed/hidden.
