Summary19179: Absence of the Conditions designer in Options (Concepteur de conditions)
Description

suite à l'installation de la version 6.2.1 le bouton de concepteur de condition ne s'affiche pas dans les question, il est absent dans le menu Outils

in LimeSurvey 6.2.1 the condition designer button is not displayed in the questions and it's absent in Options Menu

Steps To Reproduce

(Lors de l'édition des questions il y a les boutons
Exécuter le questionnaire,
Prévisualiser le groupe de question,
Prévisualiser la question

dans le menu Outils :
Supprimer le questionnaire,
Réinitialiser les conditions,
Fichier de logique de questionnaire

Il n'y a plus accès au Concepteur de conditions )

I can't find or activate the "Set conditions" button or menu line. ("Concepteur de condidtions" in french)
I tried to search in other menus, laterals, globals, but I can't find anywhere.

@marina_zbae you can find condition designer if you click on 3 dots on the right side of the question in survey structure menu (look at the screenshot).

@DenisChenu I can not make a decision to change this without first consulting with Jory to understand why this was changed in the first place. He is currently on vacation, so when he is back I'll ask him about it.
