Summary18999: Two cases that the student details (Phone, Name, ID, E-mail) did not transfer to the Responses menu
Description

Hello,
We are using on premise LimeSurvey Version 5.4.0+220913
On each survey, the student details (Phone, Name, ID, E-mail) displayed in the first page.

We have two cases in one specific survey (form) that the student details (Phone, Name, ID, E-mail) did not transfer to the Responses menu. There is no problem with the other fields in the specific form. They moved correctly to responses menu. The specific survey include 105 fields! See file attached.

Are you familiar with that kind of error?

I would like to note that we developed tens forms without any kind of that problem in the other forms.

Looking forward to receive your input

Michael

Hi Michael,

The response is not shown correctly when browing, right?
Does this happen only to responses in hebrew?

What if you export responses?
Is the data there?

I guess there is no clear way to reproduce this, right?

Thanks

Hi Gabriel,
Thanks for your response.
Most of our forms/surveys are in Hebrew so, I don't know if Hebrew is the reason.
It was happened in one survey (big one, includes more than 100 fields, is it relevant?)
The Admin survey edit the responses and filled the names for the readers.
We can close the bug report and I will advise is it will happen in the future.
Michael
