Summary18701: When surveys are copied copying resources, some links are not handled.
Description

There are places where translatelinks() is not being applied, such as some email templates, or the end text.
Caught while reviewing 18612

Steps To Reproduce
  • Create a survey with a file embedded on the end text page
  • Copy the survey copying attachments.
  • After copying, the end text should show the file.

Expected:

  • The path of the file should point to the survey directory

Actual:

  • The path of the file is point to the ORIGINAL survey directory
