Summary	18608: Array dual scale - display error after update 5.6.1
Description	Previously the dual matrix was displayed in two columns. After the update, the columns no longer exist via bootswatch-theme.
Steps To Reproduce	Create a survey group with a question of the question type "Array dual scale" and fill it with values. Start preview.
