This seems to be an annoying issue for a couple of users in the forum, including me. I don't find the notification useful, as it is. I'd rather have the button in a different state or something, like we are used from other cloud applications. The layer is covering important navigation items and adds a click to the work, without really providing added value.

Either we should have a designated space for this (but don't make the GUI move up and down) or a button, or symbol that changes state.

The way it currently is, it does more "harm" than good. So while we revamp the GUI, we should have a look into this.

Totally agree. Don't use modals for something that has succeeded. Don't use them at all for notifications, except (maybe) when there is something blocking.

There are various people at the forum saying they are annoyed of this (https://forums.limesurvey.org/forum/can-i-do-this-with-limesurvey/128668-can-the-pop-up-toast-notifications-in-the-admin-interface-be-disabled) and some customer approached us with the same question.
When working on surveys, I also find these messages not very user friendly. They overlap the main interface and often you need to click the X to make them disappear to access certain UI elements.

The best solution are don't use toast notification, por put it at a place where he can't hide action button.
Here : it's just disappear more quickly.

@ollehar, please see the helpful comments e.g. by @holch above. These notifications are really annoying and of no big help. Maybe simply add some CSS to move it to a less disturbing place on screen where this is not overlapping important UI elements. Or make if show up for a second only or simply ask your UI expert what they say.
