Description

Text areas are hidden in new and existing surveys. Administrator cannor edit or create surveys. See screenshots.

I updated from 3.28.38 to 3.28.39 on 2022-11-21. And first complaints from users came in on the same day. Therefore I would blame the update for the bug.

Not sure how to reproduce. But this affects all users on my system.

It's still an issue : seems to happen a lot …
Something like asset generation done before updating ckeditor ?

No, nothing. Only updated LS. Was this first time this happens on my system which is running for a couple of years now.
