Summary | 18482: Participant CSV import error
Description | Limesurvey seems to decide if a file is of CSV type only on the basis of its extension, but not all programs use .CSV sometimes, it can be .TXT, this generates errors that are not clear for the user and above all it generates errors that are not errors.
Steps To Reproduce | Steps to reproduceFirst, create a CSV file with .TXT extension (or whatever than .CSV). Open a survey, go to "participants", click "create" and "CSV file". Expected resultThe CSV file is processed no mater its extension. Actual resultAn error message.
