Description

When create a new question : we lost the functionality existing in 3.X : allowed to set the position

Create a new survey and 2 new question
Add a new question :

Expected result

have a dropdown to set position (like 3.X) (screenshit)

Actual result

no way to set at specific position (start, end, after …)
