| Steps To Reproduce | Expected resultA survey owner should be able to add users to his survey with at least "users view/read" rights. A survey owner should be able to see if other users have permissions on his survey. Actual resultIt seems that only superadministrator rights can achieve the expected result. | ||||

Related to "Group member can only see own group" : https://manual.limesurvey.org/Global_settings/en#Security Please control with this option to false. Or with 2 user in same group |

It's OK if user are in same group ? We really need to document this feature more. And : when there are no UserGroup : maybe it's best to disable this system (and use only User Global Permission ?) |

Yes, works perfect if users are in the same group. It's a good feature, though not very intuitive to use. |
