Summary18103: Display Error in Offlinesurvey App while using a multilanguage Survey including RTL-Languages
Description

We are conducting a multilanguage survey in German, English, Arabic, Farsi, and Kurmanji. The Survey is provided via Tablets as online survey, as well as offline survey via offlinesurveys.com. The online version of the questionnaire works fine, but in the offlinesurveys.com-App, the same display error occurs.

While LTR-Languages like German or English work fine, the same error occurs in RTL Languages like Arabic, Farsi or Kurmanji:
We are using the standard settings "group-by-group Surveymode. The first three question-groups can be filled in without any problem. But by clicking the "next"-button from question group 3 to question group 4, question group 4 is displayed very small, so that you can neither read nor answer the questions. Whether you flip the screen vertical or horizontal makes no difference.

Until now I could not find any problem in the structure or settings of the survey. As I said, LTR languages work fine, online as well as in the offlinesurveys-App. Do you know how this display error could be resolved?

Start an RTL-Language version of the survey (e.g. Arabic).
Fill out the questions until the end of question group 3.
Click the "next"-Button.

Expected result

The Survey will appear very small, so that you can not read or answer the questions.

Sorry, so far, there is nothing to be done from ouur side
The issue shold be reviwed by offlinesurveys.
If something else is found, they will let us know.
