I think the best is to have a config setting for devs so the deactivation is not permanent.

debug=2 : no deactivation … error shown etc …

I try to work on it … but never ending …

Always have issue …

(and currently : create plugins for 5.0 is AWFULL !)

Sorry, you are trying to work on what exactly?
Detting `debug = 2, doesn't solve the issue?

But i try something more complex than : debug is set to 3 (or 2) : show error, don't disable plugin and load plugin with error …

Detting `debug = 2, doesn't solve the issue?

With debug=2 : plugin are deactivated if you do a syntax error OR a notice error …

Additional comment on this:

  • It is ok to get the plugin deactivated on error as to allow LS to keep on functioning and not falling no the error everytime.
  • When a plugin is deactivated and debug=0, an email could be sent to admin

To be picked up in the future.
