Summary17977: Admin change update public statistics
Description

When logged in, and I choose completed results only and I hit 'view statistics' the public statistics page is updated to show only the completed. This happens only on the browser where I am logged in. Other browsers are not affected.

Admin page > Statistics > Toggle Completed / All > Public statistics change according to this toggle

Changes according to the toggle - ONLY for the browser where I am logged in

If I understand correctly after 17978 this shouldn't be an issue of the public statistics should only show completed responses.
Am I understanding right?
