I don't seem to be able to close an issue, but I recently created 18303 which is a duplicate of this one. Concerning the question 'logic or input' and 'do we need input?': I would say that

• 'logic' feels to be more about whether the (sub)questions are displayed and how they're ordered (i.e. context), whereas
• 'input' is more about validation of the answers to the question itself (i.e. content).

So in that sense, two items that are now under 'logic' (Question validation equation & Question validation tip) might actually better fit with 'input' (together with number validation).
