Summary18303: [UI enhancement] Display 'Numbers only' option under 'Input' heading
Description

When editing a 'Short free text' question there is an option 'Numbers only'. This is option is listed under 'Other'. But as this setting defines what input can be given it makes more sense under the 'Input' heading. (I suspected such option and checked the Input setting group. Only after a while I tried the Other group.)
