Summary17868: Equation produces empty question text display when using exclusive option of multiple-choice question
Description

A knowledge test question should be considered 'passed' correctly if at least 2 out of 3 questions are answered correctly, but is marked 'failed' when one false answer is chosen or when the respondent selects the exclusive option 'I don't know'.

When selecting 'I don't know', the equation returns an empty result on the same page, but the logic seems to work correctly --> the results of the equation can be used on the next page (question group), see .lss example attached.

Steps To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce

  • Create multiple choice question with an exclusive option.
  • Create a second question (equation) that calculates how many correct responses were chosen. If {correct answers >=2 AND incorrect answers/exclusive option == 0} then the test is passed, else it fails.
  • Equation result cannot be shown on screen (question text), but seems to be captured correctly in the logic/database.

Expected result

Equation result can be shown BOTH in the question text AND used in the logic.

Actual result

Equation result can only be used in the logic, i.e. in next question group, but not in the same question group.
