Summary17750: Visually impaired - JAWS screen reader - In most (if not all) web pages appear links and buttons that don't have a label at all
DescriptionIf the links have as a label an image (an <img) html element) and no another text label, the image should contain an alt attribute and that alt attribute should contain a short descriptive text. It should be a text similar with the one that could appear as a text label on site.
If for example the link is used for adding a new question, the alt attribute of the label image should look like alt="Add Question".
Similarly the same method should be used for buttons that have an image type.
Steps To Reproduce1. Download a test free version of JAWS screen reader from:
The program will run for 40 minutes, then the computer will need to be restarted in order to work again for 40 minutes and so on (if needed).

2. Read the web pages using the down arrow in order to jump to next line or next HTML element and see if its label is read by the screen reader.
Also this way the screen reader can be tested if the question type can be changed and if the label set can be chosen.

You mean admin pages ?
I don't see a lot of image only link in admin ? A lot of usage of fa fa-XX where we need to add aria-hidden="true" but not a lot of other.
