Summary17746: import_survey does not respect given $sNewSurveyName nor $DestSurveyID
Description

The title pretty much says it all.

When I import a survey and pass a new name and ID, they get ignored.
The survey gets imported with a random ID (although my given ID is still free), the name is the same as contained in the lss I send.

The API doc at https://api.limesurvey.org/classes/remotecontrol_handle.html#method_import_survey says this should be possible.

Using LimeSurvey Version 3.27.25+21111

Additionally, making copy_survey accept $sNewSurveyName, $DestSurveyID as well, would definitely also help and make the package logically complete. Thanks!

could not reproduce, checked on 5.x and master, php 8.0/8.1/8.2

new survey name and id are correctly used

i will do a feature request to develop concerning adding destination id for copy

see 19191 for feature request
