Summary17635: In a "de-informal" survey loading a label-set into a "List"-type question results in error
Description

I can load a label-set, but the click on the "add" button results in a message "Internal error: lang must have exactly two characters, but is de-informal"

Steps To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce

  • Edit a List-question
  • Click on "Load label-set"
  • Select a label set
  • Click on add

Expected result

Answer lines should be added

Actual result

Error message "Internal error: lang must have exactly two characters, but is de-informal" appears

Can you test to remove the lines marked here, please: https://github.com/LimeSurvey/LimeSurvey/blob/master/assets/scripts/admin/questionEditor.js#L772-L775
